International superstar Beyonce is stepping up to help African American entrepreneurs impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through her BeyGood organization, she has partnered with the NAACP to launch the Black-Owned Business Impact Fund. The fund will provide grants for small Black-owned businesses in various cities in the US.
Now that the country is being plagued with pandemic as well as the protests over racial injustice and police brutality, several local businesses have been negatively affected. A lot of influential people, including Beyonce, have been making efforts to help them.

Founded by Beyonce herself in 2013, BeyGOOD has been encouraging people to be charitable and help people in the US, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa. Most recently, they teamed up with NAACP to distribute grants amounting to $10,000 each to different Black-owned businesses in Houston, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis.

"The NAACP is proud to partner with BeyGOOD to help strengthen small businesses and to ensure economic empowerment for Black businesses," the organization said in a statement.

Prior to that, Beyonce had also launched Black Parade Route - an online directory that promote Black-owned brands of various industries.
