Black Founder Who Helped Launch Banana Wave into Whole Foods & Walmart Now Builds AI Revenue Systems

Michael Baptiste, founder of SkyWebAI, deploys the "Revenue Architects," 12 done-for-you automations and agentic AI systems for business owners and experts who know they need AI but have no time to learn it

Michael Baptiste

Michael Baptiste, a Black entrepreneur from South Miami, Florida, is the founder and CEO of SkyWebAI, an AI sales and solutions agency that builds, installs, and manages done-for-you AI systems for service businesses and experts. His signature offering is the Revenue Architects, a system of 12 specialized automations and agentic AI builds that answer calls, respond to leads within seconds, book appointments, and revive old leads around the clock.

Before AI, Baptiste’s entire identity was basketball. Raised by a single mother in the inner city of South Miami, he woke up at 5 a.m. four years straight during high school, trained relentlessly, and earned his way onto a college team with one goal: making it to the NBA. Then he tore his knee and needed surgery. He came out of the operation, opened his eyes, and saw his mother crying at his bedside. In that moment, he knew the dream was gone, and reality hit: he had to find another way to become successful in life without professional basketball.

The turning point came in 2010, when he discovered internet marketing. With $150 to his name and no laptop, he invested $50 of his last dollars into a course on how to make money online. Then he used one of the computers in the school’s computer lab to take action on what he learned. He earned his first $20 online in about ten minutes, and it changed his life. He made two decisions that day: he would create income online for the rest of his life, and he would share what he learned with as many people as possible, especially people stuck the way he had been stuck.

He later returned to college basketball at Florida Memorial University and earned first team all-conference, first team all-defense, and NAIA honorable mention All-American honors, along with team MVP, defensive player of the year, the Senior Leadership Award, and Sportsman of the Year and Senior of the Year from the university’s Student Government Association. But by then, his future was business.

That future took shape when Baptiste joined the co-founding team that helped launch Banana Wave, the banana milk beverage made by Fresh Start Beverage Company. He was there before the product existed, and he helped take it from an idea to store shelves, with a launch in Whole Foods in 2016 and nationwide distribution in Walmart in 2017, before exiting the company to build his own ventures.

“I didn’t earn millions from Banana Wave, but I walked away with a blueprint,” says Baptiste. “Now I use that same blueprint to help build my own company, and to help other business owners and experts package their knowledge, ideas, and expertise into products and services they can sell online, and install AI into their businesses to get greater results and help more people with their solutions.”

For more than 12 years, Baptiste has coached entrepreneurs and experts through that blueprint, helping students and clients in the United States and abroad turn their knowledge into online products, services, and businesses.

Today, SkyWebAI applies that blueprint to a problem nearly every business owner shares: revenue leaking out through missed calls, slow follow-up, and old leads that never get contacted again. Each of the 12 Revenue Architects is built to plug one of those leaks. Some are AI agents, such as an inbound voice agent that answers calls 24/7 and an SMS agent that reactivates dormant lead databases.

Some are automated sales funnels that convert website visitors into customers with 24/7 automation. Others are workflow automations, such as speed-to-lead systems that contact new leads within seconds and follow-up sequences that keep working for weeks and months until a prospect is ready to buy.

Beyond the Revenue Architects, SkyWebAI also builds complete sales funnels that convert visitors into customers and clients with automation, custom AI software and solutions, and custom-built apps and tools designed around each client’s specific business needs. The agency currently serves owners and experts across industries that include health and telehealth, wealth, beauty, music, real estate, call centers, custom fabrication, legal, personal development, tea, food and beverages, and home services, along with coaches, consultants, and experts in many other fields.

“Most business owners already know they need AI to stay competitive,” says Baptiste. “They just don’t have the time to learn it, and they shouldn’t have to. We build the systems, install them, and manage them, so the owner can focus on the business while their AI team works around the clock.” For entrepreneurs and professionals who prefer to learn the technology themselves, Baptiste also runs AI Tycoonz (AITycoonz.com), the education division of his company, which teaches people how to build AI agents and automations and turn those skills into a business of their own.
