Forbes says that he is worth more than $700 million, and Black Enterprise reports that he owns more than 6 million square feet of real estate worth more than $5 billion.
Peebles engages in practices of Affirmative Development with a multi-billion dollar portfolio of projects in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Miami, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
