Meet Shar Biggers, an award-winning Creative Director, Designer, and Brand Strategist known for her work with presidential campaigns and Fortune 500 companies. She has quietly shaped some of the most impactful visual identities of our time. She is also the Founder and CEO of Saleah, a Black-owned brand design firm that is bringing her expertise to the businesses that need it most.
Branding isn't just about aesthetics—it's about power, perception, and breaking barriers. For over a decade, Shar Biggers has been behind some of the most influential branding projects in business, culture, and politics. She has led design for U.S. presidential campaigns, contributed to the design experiences of Amazon, Sephora, and Ebony, and created everything from brand identities to packaging and aircraft liveries to publications design. But while she has contributed to some of the biggest names, her true passion is helping underrepresented founders build brands that can stand alongside industry leaders."I've worked with Fortune 500 companies and high-stakes campaigns, and I've seen how branding can shift perceptions and change the trajectory of a business," says Shar. "Now, I want to make sure business owners who don't have those same resources can still access branding that levels the playing field." Through Saleah Agency and The Bridge Program, she's doing just that.
Biggers made history as the first Black woman to serve as Head of Design for a U.S. general election presidential campaign. She was part of the design team for Hillary for America 2016 and later led design efforts for both the Biden-Harris campaign and the Harris-Walz 2024 campaign. The Harris-Walz branding — executed in just five days—became a symbol of strength and optimism, with bold messaging like "We're Not Going Back," redefining modern political design. Beyond politics, Biggers has worked in-house, led design, and consulted for powerhouse brands, shaping identities and digital experiences to help them stay visually compelling and competitive.
But access to world-class branding has long been reserved for industry giants, leaving thousands of business owners struggling to break through. That's where Saleah comes in.
Saleah, meaning "to prosper and advance," is a branding firm built for businesses ready to scale. Biggers founded Saleah as a premium firm designed for high-growth companies, public figures, and cultural brands while using The Bridge Program to expand access to elite branding for financially disadvantaged founders.
"Branding isn't just an expense—it's an investment in how the world perceives you. Too often, Black-owned businesses are confined to the label of 'Black-owned,' limiting their reach to niche markets or reinforcing stereotypes. But they deserve branding that positions them to compete on a global scale, without restrictions on who they can reach or how far they can grow," says Shar. The Bridge Program is about closing the gap.
A founder's background should never be what holds them back. Yet, for many entrepreneurs who face compound disadvantages, limited access to high-quality branding and design keeps them from competing with industry giants. The Bridge Program was created to change that. Through Saleah Agency, The Bridge Program provides founders access to branding and strategy typically reserved for multi-million dollar companies.
"If your branding doesn't communicate your value, you'll struggle to scale, secure funding, unlock opportunities, or attract customers beyond your immediate community," says Shar. "The Bridge Program ensures that founders who deserve a seat at the table have branding that gets them there."
The Bridge Program was created to ensure that great businesses aren't limited by branding that misrepresents their value. Strong branding opens doors, removes biases, and positions businesses to be judged on their potential rather than stereotypes. Open to founders of all backgrounds who have faced financial and systemic barriers, the program is a step toward equity in business.
Through years of shaping brands, Shar has shown that branding isn't just about aesthetics — it's a catalyst for influence, access, legacy building, and generational wealth.
