Entrepreneur Aims to Empower 24,000 Black Women to Build $24K Offers by End of 2025

Earleena Fatosa

Marketing expert Earleena Fatosa is on a mission to help African American women package their skills into high-value offers so they can earn $480,000+ per year by selling just 20 premium packages at $24,000 each. “Black women are smart, talented, and built for more. But too many are undercharging and overworking. It’s time to step into the success God has planned for us,” she says.Black women in business work hard, but many still struggle to earn what they deserve. A 2021 JPMorgan Chase report showed that the average Black woman entrepreneur made just $24,000 a year, while white women earned $170,000. A 2023 Wells Fargo study showed an increase to $43,700, but the gap is still huge.

What is a $24,000 Offer?

A $24,000 offer is a way to package your expertise, services, and skills into a high-value product that brings real transformation to your clients. It doesn’t mean selling low-ticket products at $97, $997, or even $1,997—it’s about crafting a comprehensive, premium solution that solves a major problem for the right clients. Instead of chasing hundreds of small sales, Black women can serve at a higher level and get paid what they’re truly worth.

Faith, Strength & High-Ticket Success

Fatosa knows the struggle firsthand. She spent over 10 years in corporate as a program manager, leading teams of nurses, doctors, social workers, and direct support staff, all while trying to build her business on the side. But no matter how hard she worked, underpricing her services kept her stuck. Even with three degrees, she couldn’t make her business work—until she learned how to price her services for real success.

Fatosa’s Determination to Succeed is Deeply Personal

In 2020, during her master’s program, she faced a discriminatory experience when a white professor repeatedly gave her grades of 77 on assignments, despite her clear effort and comprehension. When she challenged him via email, his response was that he could not teach her to be business-savvy. Undeterred, Fatosa escalated the issue by sending the email to the leadership of the college.

The result? A full refund and the opportunity to retake the course with a different professor. This time, Fatosa received perfect scores on every assignment, proving her resilience and dedication. As a mom to a one-year-old son and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Fatosa created the 24K Offer Creation Challenge—a free initiative designed to help Black women entrepreneurs craft and sell premium offers.

“That experience taught me that we can’t wait for permission to succeed. We have to claim what God has already set before us.”
