Nipsey Hussle's Marathon Clothing Store Shuts Down After Being Overwhelmed With $10 Million in Orders

Nipsey Hussle, founder of The Marathon Clothing store

Since his untimely death, rapper-entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle's clothing store has become overwhelmed with orders from all over the country. Some sources say the store has received 2 million orders, while others say that they have received $10 million in revenue from orders. Either way, it's been so overwhelming that his business partners have decided to temporarily shut the flagship store down.
Located on the corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles, The Marathon Clothing store simply could not keep up with orders from fans and supporters. Tragically, Nipsey was killed right in front of his store in March 2019.

On May 6, the store shared a message on Instagram to their 500K followers that the orders that unfulfilled orders are being processed and will be shipped out soon. They also sincerely thanked all of the fans for paying homage to Nipsey by supporting his enterprise.

The message reads: “Thank you to everyone who’s placed an order with us these last couple of weeks. We appreciate the unprecedented outpour of support. It means a lot to our team and family. We are working around the clock to fulfill every order placed. We ask for your patience...”

While the flagship store is closed for now, the online store continues to operate and is still accepting orders. For more details and/or to place an order, visit https://www.themarathonclothing.com
